It is worth considering how we can additionally take care of our security outside.

The disease caused by coronavirus will pass in most people with virtually no symptoms. However, only healthy people who do not have other serious illnesses can count on this course of COVID-19. Therefore, it is worth, at this difficult time, not only to strengthen your body with appropriate supplements and vitamins, but also to ensure the right amount of sleep and movement. Therefore, if you have to leave for work or the office, do not use public transport. Replace the bus with a bicycle. Practice with your family at home and follow the specialists’ recommendations.

Pandemic training

If you decide to ride a two-wheeler to work or a store, do not forget about the right clothing. Despite the fast approaching summer, there are cool and windy days, so it is worth choosing clothes that will provide freedom of movement, thermal comfort and cover your joints among others. ¾ pants  or a long-sleeved T-shirt will be perfect for such conditions. Thanks to this, you do not have to be afraid of colds or weakness, and flat seams ensure full freedom of movement.

How else can you take care of yourself?

Be sure to wash your hands as often as possible and use antibacterial lotions and gels. Use masks. If you do not have a specialized mask at home, cover your mouth and nose when going outside, e.g. with a scarf. If you are coughing or sneezing, cover your face with the bend of your elbow and try to touch the face with your hands as little as possible. In addition, remember about the right dose of rest and if possible do not get crazy ?.
