Thanks to this, we will strengthen the body, thus reducing the risk of developing C-19.

Good night-time rest

Although the epidemic, frequent illnesses, as well as fear and concern for the loved ones are highly stressful factors that can significantly reduce the quality of sleep, it is worth trying to get enough sleep. During the night, the body rests and regenerates, which gives it the strength to fight the thousands of viruses and bacteria it encounters every day. If we have trouble sleeping, let’s try to ventilate the room, listen to relaxing music or take a bath with essential oils before going for a night’s rest.

Let’s go for a walk

Being active in the fresh air will make us feel better. During exercise, the body produces endorphins, i.e. the happiness hormone. The whole body is oxygenated, the heart pumps more blood and, in addition, the overall condition and physical fitness improve. However, in order for such a walk or training outside to be safe, you should remember about appropriate clothing, a mask and keeping a suitable distance from other people.
